🚚 Shipping Policy

**Processing Time**
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed after 3:00 PM GMT may be processed the following business day.

**Delivery Options & Estimated Times**

| Standard Delivery | 3–5 business days |
| Express Delivery | 1–2 business days |
| International Delivery | 7–14 business days |

**Shipping Costs**
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen method. Free standard delivery is available on orders over **£50** within the UK.

**Order Tracking**
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery via our courier's website.

**International Orders**
We ship to selected international destinations. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. Kings Well Electronics is not liable for any delays caused by customs processing.

🔄 Returns Policy

**Your Right to Return**
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you may return most items within **30 days** of receipt, provided they are:

- Unused and in their original condition
- In the original packaging with all accessories and documentation included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

**Non-Returnable Items**
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery
- Products with broken seals (e.g., earphones, headsets)
- Gift cards or downloadable software

**How to Return an Item**
1. Contact our support team at **support@kingswellelectronics.com** with your order number and reason for return
2. Our team will provide you with a **Return Authorisation Number (RAN)** and return instructions
3. Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided
4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within **5–7 business days**

**Return Shipping Costs**
- If the item is faulty or incorrect: return postage is covered by Kings Well Electronics
- If returning for any other reason: return postage is the responsibility of the customer

💳 Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow **5–10 business days** for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
